Helpful Tips On How To Change Brake Pads

Materials needed: Car jack and supporting jack stands, Wheel nut wrench, Replacement Brake Pads, Caliper or large C-clamp, hand tools/wrench depending on type of bolts used, penetrating oil

SAFETY TIPS: Always use jack stands as it will make the job easier and certainly more safer.

Before replacing the brake pads, look at the rotors to see if they are damaged, and if so, they should be replaced.

Be careful not to remove the brake line from the caliper, because if you do, you will have to go thru the process of bleeding the brake lines.
